Our Summer Camps

Alameda Arts once again brings you and your kids our wonderful Summer Camp full of excitement, art exploration, and a myriad of activities, including weekly walks to the beach. 


Camp on the Road is a mobile adventure camp experience that takes campers exploring at some of the most exciting kid spots our Bay Area has to offer. Camp on the Road is available to rising 1st-5th graders. 

Summer Camp 2019

Summer Camp  meets at the Nea Community Learning Center and includes daily art projects, games, water fun, and  myriad of activities including weekly walks to the beach. 



Summer Camp at Nea in 2019:

June 10-14th

Hours:  9:00 am – 4:00 pm

The cost of the camp is $395/week.


Before and After Care is available:

Before Care starts at 7:30am.       Cost: $45/week

After Care goes until 5:30 pm.      Cost: $45/week

Camp on The Road

Eight children will join Kate and Hazel in the Alameda Arts van enjoying sights around the Bay Area.

Each day brings a new adventure from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.


It is the ultimate fun road trip. This camp is all inclusive of entry fees, transportation, snacks, and includes a variety of activities including museums, parks, zoos, sightseeing, swimming, and adventure.

The cost of Camp on the Road is $595/week 


Before Care is available

 7:30-9am. Cost= $45/week. 

Camp on the Road is for children in grades 1-5 only.

*Please Note: we will make every attempt to follow this itinerary but in the case of unforeseen events, an alternate destination will be substituted.

Cancellation Policies: 

  • You may transfer sessions from one week to another, space permitting.

  • Cancelled weeks will have a $50 processing fee per week of Art Camp. and $100 for

    Camp on the Road

  • No Refunds after June 1 for Camp on the Road

Be sure to check the "Before Care" or "After Care" boxes within each camp selection if you wish to extend the hours your child is at camp. 

Please note that Camp on the Road is for children who are rising in 1-5th grades only.  

Summer Camp at Nea is open to all K-5 students.
